On the title page owner's inscription: "DG. The boss in the memory of the family of V. L. Elias, G. 24.12.53". The safety is good. Rare Russian-language edition of a small colony in Argentina. Vladimir M. Lashkevich was the first (and only!) in Argentina, together with his brother Nicholas, publisher of the works of A. S. Pushkin in Russian. A whole series of books ("Eugene Onegin. Peter the Great's Negro", "Tales", "captain's daughter. History of the Pugachev rebellion", "Dubrovsky", "Poltava") was published in 1943 - 1945 years. On cheap gray paper, in a modest covers, these books are still preserved as relics in many Russian families. During the Second World war Lashkevich was published as selected works by Ivan Turgenev, "War and peace. Excerpts from the novel" by L. Tolstoy, "Fables" Ia Krylov, the "Russian ABC" V. Vakhterov, "Book to read" E. Fortunatova, "Russian Grammar" by E. Spiridonova, "a Textbook of Russian history" Professor S. Platonov... Just over twenty names.
