Michael Korochansky (1866-1925) - artist of the Russian emigration, painter. Born in Odessa. In 1885 he moved to Paris. He studied painting at the Academy R. Julien. Worked in the studios of V. Bugera and R. Fleury. In 1910 he held a solo exhibition at the Paris Salon. Created a large number of works for the government, in particular, for the Luxembourg Museum in Paris. The member Islands of French artists and Islands Independent. The issue of the New York Herald Tribune, 11. 11. 1909 was devoted to the exhibition of M. Korochansky.
