Honored artist of the RSFSR. Painter on porcelain.
In 1925 he graduated from the Slutsky art school.
After graduating from art school in the town of Slutsk, Alexei Vorob came to Leningrad Lomonosov factory in 1926, where he worked all his life.
Their teachers believed Vorob S. Chekhonin and Z. Kobylecky artists of the Leningrad porcelain factory named after Lomonosov. His name is on a par with such artists on porcelain as R. Wilde, A. schekatihina-Pototskaya, M. Adamovich, N. Altman, L. Blake, N. Hirschfeld, N. Morozova, E. Yakimovskoye, S. Suetin.
During his career he created a large number of painted vases and other porcelain items that stand out from all the not only peculiar Vorob style, and flawless workmanship.
For his work has won top awards at both the state and foreign exhibitions.
Vorob work is represented in many world museums and private collections.
