Silver body with over 400 diamonds (tested), there is a stone missing, approx. 22 Carat have the spikes with Eyelet, cross-body as well as the pads in Gold, the cross frame 108 ruby Cabochons (approx 8 Carat), the pads with 94 diamonds (tested) to be occupied, the constraints in all on the body screwed, AM (A. Michelsen, Copenhagen), hallmarked, double-needle made of Gold.

According to the legend, the Dannebrog is said to have been donated to the order by king Waldemar II in 1219. He shared through various updatings of delivery, also in 1808, a Reform by king Frederick VI. of the order in five classes.
