Approx. Ø11cm. 1010g, silver housing, with sound openings, skin, original, cover with Roche, the rear rotatable disk for Closing the 3 Elevator openings, exceptional execution of the Repetition using a small, built-in button on the edge of the housing, very fine, highly intricate spindle work, with 3 spring-houses for self-striking & Repetition, Weckwerk and movement, enamel dial with Central Weckscheibe made of silver, gold-plated hands. The watchmaker is listed in the Pest district of Budapest, about 1750-1790. Carriage clocks from Hungary are hardly known, and extremely rare. The watch has a very beautiful state of preservation, and is pleasing, fully functional, including all complications.
