Hüftbild to the left, in elaborately with pearls and precious stones embroidered Robe, and sapphire jewelry. Oil on canvas 67.5 x 49 cm (in a painted Oval). Doubled. Restored Frame. The Spanish Infanta Maria Teresa, daughter of king Philipp IV., was married in 1660, king Louis XIV of France. With the marriage of the so-called Pyrenees peace between France and Spain (1659), a 35-year-long war to an end was also sealed. The physiognomy of Marie-thérèse's exploits particularly authentic about the images, which made Charles Beaubrun (1604-1692) by the Queen.
