Approx. Ø54mm, approx. 135g, 18K gold, à goutte, dust cover, with a later dedication from the year 1923, Patek Philippe precision movement with split seconds Chronograph number 97368, Geneva stripes, enamel dial, fell signed Tiffany & co. New York, blued steel hands, dial with very fine hairline crack and small Chip in the edge area, otherwise in good condition, fully functional. With 54mm and 135g is an imposing, very rare Patek Philippe pocket watch. Patek Philippe provides in 1893, a series of this fine peak-chronograph works at Tiffany's in New York. They had all 97000er numbers, and were for the American market. 5 more of these watches are known to us from previous auctions, such as the No. 97617, auctioned in 1993 for 11,000 Swiss francs (https://www.cortrie.de/go/xvB).
