Approx. 26 × 42mm, approx. 26g, 18K Gold, No. 10076, unique and extremely high quality finished case, with a representation of a floral tribute to great, outstanding quality, application of 2 different Enamelling techniques, look-enamelled side of sublime with inlaid tendrils of Gold, studded with real rubies, rear-Breguet-sided classic enamel magnifying glass painting with presentation of bouquets of flowers, double-sided flip-top lid mechanism, dust cover and factory in heart shape, Cylinder movement with key winding, enamel dial, miniature pointer, passable and very beautiful, situated in the original Box with an English seller signature Chapman, Portsea. The clock is a rarity in this embodiment, and conservation. There are both watches of Patek Philippe as well as Vacheron and Constantin with heart-shaped plants known. The numbering could well be on a Patek Philippe factory in 1850, to point out. A similar watch is illustrated in Huber & Banbury's "Patek Philippe" page.108, serial number 6965.
