Nepal. 14. Century In the early Beri style.

Pigments and Gold on fabric. In the Central niche is another, unknown Mahasiddha sits next to Virupa with a raised left Arm on a pillow. Both are accompanied by crowned Dakini. The lower part of the niche of two related Lotus base with colored leaves fill. Laterally grooved columns support with leaf tendrils and two small representations of the florid sky. In the corners above each a small figure in a niche, on the left patterns a monk in a Robe with a Golden Circle. Under Virupa, a tiger is spread to the fur and a yogi band holds his raised left knee. The great niche, a total of 84 smaller are arranged in rows, in each of which a Mahasiddha is, each accompanied by a smaller figure, which is a Dakini. Only in the lower right corner, in two niches, it is a Worshipping and offerings. Overall, the number of the 84 Mahasiddha corresponds to the classical Tradition of the Abhayadatta Sri. The rich jewelry of all characters is represented by gold bands stones with colored jewelry. The Background between the niches cover the mountains of jewels and trees, as it is characteristic for the early Beri style.
