Kaiser is best known for his large-scale work in Washington, USA, where he created stained glass windows for the National Cathedral. In addition, he performed many commissions in Germany to create windows, stained glass, and glass mosaics for many churches and public buildings.
Hans Kaiser also painted a series of abstract landscapes of the Mediterranean.
Richard Kaiser is a German landscape painter.
He graduated with distinction from the Berlin Academy of Art and became a member of the Secession of Munich. Kaiser preferred plein air painting, finding inspiration in alpine meadows, the North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts, and the outskirts of Munich and Magdeburg. Richard Kaiser regularly exhibited his works at home and abroad.
