George Grosz était un peintre, graphiste et caricaturiste allemand du XXe siècle. Son œuvre est influencée par divers styles d'art d'avant-garde, notamment le dadaïsme, l'expressionnisme et le futurisme.
George Grosz peint dans tous les styles avec un esprit grotesque et satirique, ridiculisant les maux de la société. Le thème érotique, qui occupe une place prépondérante dans l'œuvre de Gross, est exécuté dans le même esprit.
Grosz a consacré plus de 20 ans à l'enseignement à l'Art Students' League de New York et a été élu membre honoraire de l'Académie américaine et de l'Académie de Berlin pour les services exceptionnels qu'il a rendus aux arts.

I'm a self-taught sculptor.The material I work with is black wood which I obtain from the marshland of Kobuleti, Such kind of wood can be found only in Africa and Georgia. The style is abstraction-surrealistic. The works have been sold in many countries of Europe and they are kept in private collections as well. Besides, the expertise was provided by National Museum of Georgia in order to reveal the age of the material and the expertise stated that the age of the material is 10.000 years! In case of expressing interest, I can submit all the necessary documents. There are more than hundred sculptures in my collection, which is kept in Museums of local lore of Tbilisi and Batumi.
