Part gold-plated. Large, six passig shaped body with stepped, rounded shoulder. On the arched wall elements of area-wide, extremely detailed relief decoration in the Form of flower stems in the masterful blowing and engraving work. In the exchange with three humorous illustrations of many children as a harlequin, and is framed by large acanthus leaves. Shoulder and domed screw-on lid surrounded by broad leaf borders. Movable handle against constant Füllhörnern. Inside gold plated. Gest., City mark, the year letter "R", master Andreas I Rosenthal (master 1684). Approx. weight 605 g. h. 14.4 cm (without handle). A very similar screw-top bottle, was exhibited in the Museum of applied arts Cologne, 1980, cf. cat. "A Rhenish silver treasure", cat.No. 273. Cf. Schroeder, No. 1193. Rosenberg, Bd.
