- Right of appeal under Article 77 of DSGVO: if you believe that the processing of personal data provided by you violates the DSGVO, without prejudice to any other method of administrative or judicial review, you have the right to complain to the Supervisory authority, in particular the country of your residence, place of work or place of alleged violation.
15.2. The right for prohibition
When we process your personal data within the balance of interests on the basis of our prevailing legitimate interests, you always have the right to prohibit further processing for personal reasons.
As soon as you exercise your right to prohibit processing, we will stop processing data concerning you.
