Eight pressed the feet-worn, oval body with godronierten edges. Wall center is divided by the pursuit of narrow. Fields of floral, as well as in the form of Paradise worked with birds, breached, and partially polychrome enamelled. Partially filled with Turquoise, garnets, Chalcedony, and amethysts. Use part gold-plated. Gest. 800, manufacturer's mark. Weight approx. 1815 g. H. 11 cm. 34 cm x 20 cm.From 1865 to 1945, the existing Pen goldsmiths Witte (since 1895 "a goldsmith of the Holy see and the Papal palaces") was specialized in sacred silver in the style of historicism. Under the leadership of Bernhard Witte also a few art Nouveau were worked objects. As an enameler, Fritz Schwerdt (1901-1970) was, for two years in the pen forge Witte.
