Approx 60mm, approx. 140g, 18K Gold, No. 3512, excellent, quite massive housing quality, Savonnette, in a special version with 2 crack lids, on both sides, deep floral engraving, high-quality à goutte-execution of additional work of glazing, magnificent Fleurier-type duplex plant with Ottoman decoration, signed Lebet & Fils, screwed, original enamel dial with Ottoman numerals, jumping centre seconds, blued steel hands, fully functional and in good state of conservation, rarity. The company Lebet & Fils was from about 1850 to 1900 in Buttes (CH). They were, according to the "Horlogeries Le Temps de L'histoire" manufacturer of watches of the highest class. Lebet & Fils, specialized in watches for the Ottoman market. We only have a comparable splendor savonnette of this company is well known. The clock was from the housing is almost identical, had the number 5201, instead of the duplex escapement, however, a chronometer escapement, and achieved in Geneva by 15,000 Swiss francs!
