Approx. 41mm, . 34g, 18K Gold, high quality housing with a ball PEEN relief edge, the rear guilloche, dust lid with enamelled signature, very fine Cylinder movement with key winding, rare and extremely beautiful dial in silver, with detail engraved figure scene, Breguet-style hands, fully functional and in good condition, with old leather case. Antide Janvier (* 1. July 1751 in Briva, Lavans-lès-Saint-Claude; † 23. September 1835, Paris) was a French watchmaker and specialist writers. He quickly gained reputation as manufacturer of difficult watches of the highest quality, including many of the pendulum clocks, globes, astronomical clocks, spheres and planetariums, for which he invented a new type of transmission and constructions. 1775 and 1784 he visited Paris and Versailles, and his Work to introduce to the kings Louis XV and Louis XVI.
