resting on a plinth in the tackle of violet wood inlaid

branches of flowers.

Dial at 12 cartridges enamelled with roman numerals on the bottom

tin. The centre in gilt bronze presents a drapery overcoming

a medallion with the profile of Louis XIV.

Beautiful trim of bronze rocailles so-called " gold ground ".

Accidents of veneer, balance and counterweight missing.
