Design by Pierre Francois Lejeune 1770, execution probably by Müller & Co Volkstedt 1920s, on a square Pedestal standing Venus, Cupid equipped with a colorful patterned cloth to the eyes connecting, polychrome, Base with embossed name "From the old original cast", bottom-side, which are added later, so-called "Time-tag-mark" (L in coat of arms under crown), damaged (Finger of the Putto), re. Wing seam of the Putto restored or Prod.error, H 28,5 cm. Characters with this mark were sold proven in Ludwigsburg, whether the characters as white goods are delivered and in LB, or even manufactured were painted, is proved in professional circles. Figure of Venus, tying the eyes of Amor, 1917-1927.
Finger dam., partially restored or prod. mistake, of porcelain of that brand has been sold in Ludwigsburg, but it is not sure if it has been delivered as white porcelain and so painted or produced there. Lake literature above.
