Kehinde Wiley is an African-American portrait painter based in New York City, who is known for his highly naturalistic paintings of Black people, frequently referencing the work of Old Master paintings. He was commissioned in 2017 to paint a portrait of former President Barack Obama for the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, which has portraits of all previous American presidents.




Heinrich Eduard Linde-Walther was a German painter and illustrator. He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich with Gabriel von Hackl and Paul Hoecker. Also at the Académie Julian in Paris. Member of the Berlin Secession since 1902.
Heinrich Eduard Linde-Walter was mainly known for landscapes and still lifes, but also did numerous children's portraits and illustrations for children's stories. Most of his works were commissioned by individual clients and remain in private ownership.


Robert Indermaur is a Swiss artist and sculptor. He became famous in the 1970s and created sculptures for public spaces in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In his paintings, through compositions, contrasting landscapes, surrealistic spatial situations and grandiose gestures, he paints a kind of theatrical world where people are only puppets.
