Tailored, field-grey tricot wool, four-button front, open-collar with thick silver-aluminum piping, French cuffs, scalloped and pleated breast pockets, scalloped flap hip pockets, silver pebbled buttons, two silver pebbled belt-ramp buttons at rear vent. Left sleeve with officer eagle hand-embroidered in silver-aluminum and black accent threads, hand-applied. Extremely rare Reichsführer SS/Hauptamtchefs/Amtchefs cuff title of silver-aluminum tresse band with black thread borders, hand-applied. Collar tabs with silver-aluminum twist cord piping, silver-aluminum hand-embroidered cluster of three oakleaves and two rank pips, on black velvet backing hand-applied. Shoulder boards of three interwoven twist silver-aluminum cords, middle cord twist in opposite direction from outer cords, on black wool backing, hand-applied and retained with silver pebbled button attached to threaded screw post. Right sleeve with Honor Chevron of silver-aluminum tresse with two inner black stripes, hand-applied. Numerous loops on breast pocket for multiple awards (1914 EKI attached), loops above pocket for ribbon bar (bar attached). Aiguillette of silver-aluminum interwoven braided cord with loop thread attachment for tunic button, two looped long cords, one tied at an end with thin braided interwoven thread to create loop for tunic button attachment. All cords attached to a rectangular silver-aluminum fabric tab with a machine-sewn button-hole opening for attachment to tunic button underneath right shoulder board, two silver metal, hanging needle tips. Lined in green artificial silk with cream-color sleeve linings, single inside breast pocket, inside cloth waist adjustment straps with buckle and catch. Insect damage to lower rear of tunic.

Werner Lorenz (October 2, 1891 – March 13, 1974) was an SS functionary during the Nazi era. He was head of the Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle (VOMI) (Main Office for Ethnic Germans), an organization charged with resettling ethnic Germans in the "German Reich" from other parts of Europe, as well as colonising the occupied lands during World War II. After the war, Lorenz was sentenced to prison for crimes against humanity in 1948. He was released in 1954 and died in 1974.
