Iryna Fedorenko (SEMIRA) is a contemporary Ukrainian artist and art critic. She was born in Mariupol, lives and works in Kyiv. In her work she combines different techniques and artistic techniques, works in many styles and genres, constantly experimenting. In particular, she is fond of painting on old antique paper, using a variety of art materials: watercolor, ink, ink. She exhibits works under the creative pseudonym SEMIRA.
Almost 20 years of creative activity, today Iryna Fedorenko is one of the most famous Ukrainian artists, only for the last two years - about 30 exhibitions in galleries and museums of Ukraine, Europe, USA, China, 3 exhibitions in the Parliament of Ukraine. Her works are in private collections in Ukraine (namely - Andriy Stavnitser, Mykhailo Pozhyvanov, Anatoliy Kryvolap), European and American countries, including the Museum of History of Kyiv, the Museum of Ukrainian Culture in Slovakia, the Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art Andy Warhol and a private collections of the Warhol family, exhibited at London and New York auctions.
Iryna takes an active part in charity events, and in December 2019 at the charity auction "Pills" Iryna's art object "Rockefeller's Treasury" was sold for a record 800,000 UAH, all the money was used to purchase equipment for a children's cancer hospital. In the cultural world of Ukraine - it was one of the most expensive sales of Ukrainian art.
In March 2020, Iryna received an award for her contribution to the development of Ukrainian art and art management and became one of the TOP-100 outstanding women of Kyiv region.
In September 2020, Iryna became the Laureate of the Second National Award "Best Ukrainian Woman in the Profession" as an Artist.
Iryna is actively involved in the promotion of contemporary Ukrainian art, leads the art project #Names and is the organizer of two major international art projects: the exhibition "DIFFERENT X" and the Festival of Contemporary Art "TRACE".

Alexander, born and raised in Russia, after graduating from school in 1998, left for Europe, lived in France and studied at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland, after graduation he worked in the Swiss banking system. In 2011, he had the imprudence to divide one by zero in an attempt to create a new image of banking transactions and thus received the philosophical gift of atrigulating the essence of things and the photonic quark of the realism of being, which ultimately inspired the author. Sometimes the author sees the modalities of existence and experiences funny hallucinations, they give him hints and help him create contemporary art.

В создаваемых мною композициях нет изображений видимой реальности, в них передаются ее образы. Такая особенность уподобляет их иконам. Я стараюсь передать сакральное безмолвие жизни. Не только акустическую, но и внутреннюю тишину, наполняющую все вокруг. Вечное Здесь и бесконечное Сейчас – вот два главных героя любых моих картин. В них можно войти, если постараться смолкнуть и забыть всё, о чем знал до настоящего момента. Положительный опыт созерцания этих композиций посылает душе исцеляющий импульс, сила воздействия которого иногда сравнима с церковной службой, глубокой медитацией или успешным визитом к психоаналитику.
In the compositions I create, there are no images of visible reality, they convey its images. This feature likens them to ikons. I try to convey the sacred silence of life. Not only acoustic, but also inner silence that fills everything around. Eternal Here and infinite Now - these are the two main characters of any of my paintings. You can enter them if you try to fall silent and forget everything you knew about until now. The positive experience of contemplating these compositions sends a healing impulse to the soul, the impact of which is sometimes comparable to a church service, deep meditation or a successful visit to a psychoanalyst.

I was born in 1973.01.05 in a family where art education was a priority, my father being an artist. Art becoming the most natural way of expression for me.
I am a dedicated artist and involved in the current cultural activity, with a dynamic experience, polished in the artistic centers of Chisinau, Cluj, Iasi and Bucharest. Through personal and group exhibitions organized in recent years, I have proposed to the public more and more fresh works connected to the development and the level of contemporary society. Through a pictorial approach built on solid exercises, developed from the formal tradition to formal creation, I have outlined a sensitive message that tenaciously affirms its own artistic creed.
I generally practice abstract painting, sometimes introduce figurative elements. The preferred material is oil or acrylic on canvas or paper.
Painting is an expression of freedom, it is the way to be, it is the moment when time stops, the escape and the connection to the fluid course of some energies becomes the act of appearance and conception of the image.
