Thomas Sutherland was a British artist and printmaker who lived and worked in London.
Thomas Sutherland was an accomplished aquatint engraver and specialized in sporting, naval and battle scenes, as well as topographical views. His engravings were usually made from designs by contemporary artists. Sutherland's best known works are the illustrations for Rudolph Ackerman's The Microcosm of London, completed in three volumes in 1810.
