Rüdiger Penzkofer is a German painter and sculptor.
Penzkofer studied painting at the University of Free Arts Alft, and has been working as an independent painter and sculptor since 1987. In 2014, together with Rainer Schall, he is the founder of the "Office of Moving Positions" or "Office for Versatile Hobbies", member of the Württemberg Artists Association, the Art Association of Schorndorf.
In the course of his creative work, Penzkofer develops his own form language for possible standardization. In recent years he has invented about 200 different signs. And, for example, small square linocuts with pictogram symbols create image contexts with open content.
