Vladimir Akulov’s distinct voice started to form during his education in Vitebsk 1976-1980. He continued traditions of the Vitebsk painting school building on achievements of Kazimir Malevich, Mark Chagal, Vera Ermolaeva, El Lisitski, Judel Pen.
