Extraordinary example of one of the defining baseball cards of the period featuring a portrait image of Gehrig set against a brilliant yellow background. Well centered (a shade off top to bottom) with razor sharp corners and edges.

Gehrig served as the spokesman for Goudey in 1934 contributing his likeness in marketing their line of baseball cards and in fact appeared on many in the series (along the lower edge with "Lou Gehrig" says text). An exceptional survivor and only three have received a higher unqualified grade from PSA: PSA 8 NM-MT

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
