Polychrome Malerei über Vordruck, Goldstaffage.Ø 23,5 und 24,5 cm.
2 Speiseteller und 2 Suppenteller. Auf der Fahne reiche Arabeskenmalerei mit Wildtieren sowie kleinen Medaillons mit Pflanzen- bzw. Objektarrangements, auf der Fahne der Speiseteller kleine Kartuschen mit dem Monogramm "LP" (= Louis Philippe). Im Spiegel eine goldene Rosette sowie ein Mäanderband am Steg. Partiell minimaler Goldabrieb.
Louis Philippe, ein großer Förderer der Manufaktur Sèvres, bestellte dort 1836 ein Speiseservice für das Schloss in Fontainebleau, welches von 1839-1847 geliefert wurde. Das Rankenwerk auf der Fahne bezieht sich dabei auf die nahegelegenen, umfangreichen Waldgebiete, während die Tiere in dem Blattwerk auf die Jagd anspielen, für die das Schloss berühmt war.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
