Of quatrefoil baluster form with lobed sides, on lobed quatrefoil domed foot, the stem and neck applied with reeded molded bands, the body chased with vertical panels of foliage and applied with three cast putto heads against acanthus leaves, with quilted scroll handle, the conforming hinged domed cover with bifurcated beaded thumbpiece and pinecone finial, marked on neck and rim of cover with maker's mark and town mark, underside of foot rim engraved No. 23-133.
