Painted on wood, the Saint depicted half-length holding a raised grape vine cross in one and and a Bible in the other, the raised basma enamelled with stylised polychrome flower heads and foliage on moss green ground, the raised halo enamelled with foliage on deep blue ground, with suspension loop, struck on the lower edge of the frame Fabergé in Cyrillic beneath the imperial warrant, 88 standard
