JIAQING SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1796-1820)
The jar of ovoid form is delicately painted with a continuous scene with the Eight Immortals holding their respective attributes at leisure in a mountainous river landscape and variously riding through waves. The shoulder and the foot are both decorated with bands of ruyi-lappets.
