A FINE AND RARE WHITE-GLAZED CHRYSANTHEMUM DISHYONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)The dish is finely moulded with a fluted wall suggesting the petals of a chrysanthemum flowerhead, ending in an everted mouth rim. The body is covered overall in a transparent glaze except the foot rim.9 in. (22.8 cm.) diam.
