The cloisonné enamelled circular dished top with scalloped edge and decorated with a scene of a palace with ?ower-form ?reworks in the sky and a blooming prunus tree to the foreground above a faux-bambou openwork stem entwined with ?owered-liana and centred with an Asiatic bird, on a circular onyx base with a pierced lappet apron mounted with songbirds, on four out swept scroll feet
