Fine quality manufactured and extremely well preserved German Cross in Gold (Deutsches Kreuz in Gold). Four hollow rivets on the reverse, double-overlaid sunburst pattern with eight points. The center with a black enameled rotated (mobile) swastika, with the enamels well preserved without chipping of any kind, within a stamped gilt circular wreath impressed with oak leaves, ribbons, and the introduction year "1941". The inner and outer sides of the wreath feature thin red enameled rings with a silver core in the middle; the reverse plain but with a broad vertical pinback with a functional barrel hinge and a thick, slightly rounded catch, marked "20" for "Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart" on the underside of the pin. Dimensions ca. 62.81 x 63.07 mm. Weight ca. 45.0 g.
Case constructed of thick cardstock covered with a black leatherette paper. Typical continuous gold line around upper lid, very clean surface with minimal abrasions to edges. Interior lid covered in off white silk, lower tray with minimal signs of use to flocking, strong hinge and push button catch. Dimensions ca. 111.43 x 107.90 x 28.69 mm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
