THE GLASS SOUTH GERMANY, LATE 17TH CENTURY, THE MOUNTS MARK OF MATTHAUS BAUR II, AUGSBURG, 1705-1709
Of baluster form with ribbed lower body, the upper body engraved with clusters of fruit, flowers, and birds suspended from bows, on a gadrooned circular foot and with gadrooned domed screw-off cover, marked on underside with maker and town marks, further marked with later French control mark
7 1/8 in. (18.1 cm.) high
