On a tripartite base with feet boldly cast with scrolls and acanthus, rising to a thick openwork scrolled acanthus stem with budding flowers and foliage, the nine foliate scroll arms with shaped circular leafy drip pans, fluted vase-form sconces with beads, and removable leafy nozzles, the top with an openwork drip pan and conforming sconce and nozzle, marked throughout, three arms, sconces, and nozzles mark of Morrisse
