MONUMENTALE DATIERTE IKONE MIT DER GOTTESMUTTER 'UNVERBRENNBARER DORNBUSCH' MIT OKLAD DER KIRCHEN-IKONOSTASE DES JOHANNES DER TÄUFER-KLOSTER IN TREGULJAJEWSK Russland, datiert 1723 (Ikone), Russland, um 1800 (Oklad) Holztafel mit zwei profilierten Rückseiten-Sponki und zwei Stirnseiten-Sponki. Eitempera auf Kreidegrund. Metalloklad. 108 x 77,3 cm. Ikone kyrillisch bezeichnet 'Diese Ikone wurde gemalt für das Treguljajewskij Iohanno-Predtechenskij Kloster 1723'. Das 1688 gegründete Johannes der Täufer-Kloster in Treguljajewsk befindet sich in der Nähe von Tambow. Im Jahr 1717 brach im Kloster ein Brand aus, der fast das gesamte Kloster einschließlich der Klosterkirche zerstörte. Die restaurierte Kirche des Vorläufers bestand bis 1753, als sie wegen ihres baufälligen Zustands abgerissen wurde.
