Russian, 19th century
Egg tempera on wood panel. The figure of Christ is represented against a mandorla with rays. He tramples on the broken doors of Hades and raises Adam. In the foreground, Eve is kneeling in supplication. The crowd behind represents the Just people of the Old Testament, who were also raised by Christ during the Anastasis. The scene is supplemented by the killing of devil by two angels at the bottom right. The upper register showing in the center Christ against a mandorla who rises from the tomb and is flanked by various scenes. Minimal losses, minimally restored. 107 x 43.5 cm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
