In Russo-Byzantine style, of circular form, centres painted with miniature red and blue flowers surrounded with stylized green foliage against black ground with foliate border, body with decorative palmettes in green and black against ciselé gilt ground, gilt rim with imitations of red and green jewels, with blue Imperial cypher for Nicholas I, further numbered in red.
