A Parade uniform and visor for a sergeant of the Motorcycle and Reconnaissance Division 64
Tailored tunic made of fine field-gray gabardine with a dark green collar and cuffs, copper-brown piping, silver buttons, and green silk lining. Silver-woven breast eagle, copper-brown collar and sleeve patches with silver-woven double braid and sewn-on shoulder boards. It comes with stone-gray trousers with copper-brown piping on the side seams. This is an extremely rare ensemble, as this color was introduced very late. Cap body in field-grey wool, dark green center band, copper-brown piping, black leather chinstrap with black metal buckles attached by two black painted smooth buttons. Aluminum eagle and wreath, metal cockade with red cloth center. Black lacquered visor with brown, checkered finish underside. Burnt orange oil cloth lining, moisture shield intact, faint ink size stamp “57 ½” with name tag, “2. Comp. Kradschützen Aufklärungs Abt 64, Feldwebel, Ludwig Harter”, brown leather sweatband.
