* A RARE AND LARGE ICON SHOWING THE MOTHER OF GOD OF JAROSLAVL Russian, 17th century Tempera on wood panel with kovcheg with cloth backing. Shown half-length in sombre colours, the Mother of God holds the Christ Child to her left shoulder, her left hand rests on his back. He embraces his Mother with his right hand on her chin. Six selected saints on the borders, David and Solomon among them. The background stripped to gesso, minimally restored. 42.7 x 33.8 cm.

Erhöhter Kantensteg, Eitempera auf Kreidegrund, partielle Vergoldung der Gewandfalten und Nimben. 42,7 x 33,8 cm. Die halbfigurig gezeigte Gottesmutter hält den Christusknaben in ihrem linken Arm. Das Kind schmiegt sich an seine Mutter und berührt mit seiner rechten Hand ihr Kinn. Die Gewänder zieren Fältelungen in Gold. Sechs Randheilige, darunter David und Salomon. Farbe des Hintergrundes abgenommen, partiell restauriert

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
