A RARE CARVED AND ENAMELED GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE

IMPERIAL, PALACE WORKSHOPS, BEIJING, 1750-1800

The flattened bottle is carved and enameled around the sides as a wicker basket filled with various flowers, with the handle looped over one of the narrow sides. The three-character mark, Guyue xuan (Ancient Moon Pavilion), is on the oval base.
