Dark blue wool, two front panels with lapels, two button closure of gilt finish buttons with anchor motif connected by chain, eight blind buttonholes, nine gilt finish buttons angled on each panel. Sleeves with “Brandenburg” cuffs, gilt NCO tresse stripes and five gilt finish buttons and blind buttonholes. Loops for single award on both right and left breast, ribbon bar on left breast, Iron Cross 2nd Class ribbon applied to top buttonhole. Machine-embroidered golden-yellow eagle on dark blue backing hand-applied, rank insignia of gilt finish metal fouled anchor with two chevrons on oval dark blue backing, hand-applied, Gun Chief trade badge machine-embroidered in red over dark blue oval, hand-applied. Lined in dark blue artificial silk, single inside pocket. Sailor’s collar dickie of white cotton with blue stripes, string ties, black silk neckerchief with tied ends, and cloth tag with “Karl Kracker N4382/40 S” embroidered in red.
