Shaped as a helmet of the Chevalier Guard Regiment, surmounted by an Imperial double-headed eagle, the front applied with an enamelled star of the order of St Andrew, marked inside with 'Fabergé' in Cyrillic with the Imperial warrant and workmaster's initials
