A SMALL ICON OF ST. JOASAPH OF BELGOROD WITH A SILVER-GILT AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL OKLAD Russian, after 1911 (icon), Russian, Moscow, Dmitriy Gorbunov, 1908-1917 (oklad) Wood panel with cloth backing. At center a polished domed oval shaped mother of pearl (shell) support with a finely painted half-length image depicting the saint in the office of Bishop. Set within a raised gilded oval frame amongst a field of ornate shaded enamel florals against an engraved background and framed within a raised border of cloisonné enameled flower head buds and the corners set with pearls. Marked with assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark 'DM' in Cyrillic. Minimally restored. 17.7 x 14.7 cm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
