Estimate value
£ 5 000 – 8 000
A Seymchan transitional pallasite slice and a notable example of the textural heterogeneity of the Seymchan meteorite. The metal-rich areas display a prominent Widmanstätten pattern and represent the olivine-free region at the top of the iron-nickel core. (14.5 x 11 x 0.4cm.)206g.
