129 colored (128 double-page) copper plates. Amsterdam, Nicolaes Visscher, probably around 1680, binding: leather of the time, restored.

This colored picture Bible by the Amsterdam publisher Claes Claesz Visscher II (1649-1702), who signed the plates with Nicolaes Visscher, is the only one that has been documented to date. It is a magnificent collector's item that has recently been restored. The panels are based on models by Nicolaes de Bruyn, E. Conigslow, Maarten Heemskerck, Joannes Londerselius, Peter Paul Rubens, Jacobus Saverius, Marten de Vos, Simon Vouet and other artists.

First of all, you should register to be able to purchase at auction. The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
