Oil/canvas. 70,5 x 100,5 cm. Lo. le. sign. Mühlhan. Worn out varnish. - German painter. M. was a pupil of O. Hammel. After World War I at the latest he lived in Hamburg. Motifs of the city and its surroundings dominate his oeuvre, but he also created portraits. In 1919 his works were exhibited at the Hamburg Kunsthalle. Lit.: Thieme-Becker, Heydorn, Der Neue Rump.
