Die Ernennungsurkunde für Albert Speer zum Generalbauinspektor im Namen des Reichs: "Auf Grund meines Erlasses vom 30. Januar 1937 ernenne ich den Architekten Diplomingenieur Professor Albert Speer zum Generalbauinspektor für die Reichshauptstadt, Berlin, den 30. Januar 1937, der Führer und Reichskanzler", mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift von Hitler. Im linken Bereich ein großer Prägeadler, rechts mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift von Dr. Heinrich Lammers, mittig geknickt, Maße ca. 30 x 21 cm. Dazu ein Exlibris-Entwurf "AS", handschriftlich von Speer beschriftet: "Generalbauinspektor", Berlin, Maße ca. 17 x 12 cm.

The document of appointment to General Building Inspector issued to Albert Speer in the name of the Reich: (tr.) "By virtue of my decree dated 30 January 1937, I appoint the architect and graduate engineer professor Albert Speer General Building Inspector for the Reich capital, Berlin, 30 January 1937, the Führer and Reich Chancellor”, with handwritten signature of Hitler. On the left a large embossed eagle, on the right handwritten signature of Dr. Heinrich Lammers, bent in the middle, dimensions approx. 30 x 21 cm. Comes with a draft bookplate "AS", inscribed (tr.) "General Building Inspector" in Speer’s own hand, Berlin, dimensions approx. 17 x 12 cm.
