Öl auf Malkarton. In der Art der Franz von Lenbach-Portraits mit ausdrucksstarken Gesichtszügen gehalten. Rechts oben signiert "A. Höhn". Bildmaße 35 x 28,5 cm. In vergoldetem Rahmen venezianischer Art (etwas bestoßen). Rahmenmaße 55 x 46,5 cm.
Alfred Höhn, in Frankfurt/Oder geborener und in Berlin ansässiger Portrait- und Landschaftsmaler, studiert an der Berliner Akademie unter Franz Kallmorgen und stellt seit 1904 zahlreiche Gemälde in der Großen Berliner Kunstausstellung sowie im Münchner Glaspalast aus. Rückseitig Zettel mit biographischen Angaben sowie einem Erwerbsdatum 1978.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
