Zu dem Gemälde liegt eine materialtechnische Analyse der Pigmente durch das Labor Jägers, Bornheim vom Oktober 2008 vor. Demnach waren alle analysierten Proben in den Jahren um 1865 bekannt.

Jahrhunderts einen willkommenen Kontrast zum Stadtleben in Paris dar. Angezogen vom Klima und den weiten Blicken an den Stränden ließen sich durch die Jahre viele der Freiluftmaler, z.B. Eugène Boudin, Claude Monet oder Henri Le Sidanier in den Sommermonaten oder auch dauerhaft hier nieder. Neben dem Strandleben an den noch heute beliebten Badeorten oder den lichtdurchfluteten Landschaften suchten sie die Themen für ihre Gemälde häufig auch im Leben der Menschen vor Ort - so wie auf der hier gezeigten Situation. The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
