Slightly tapered cylindrical, the base band with wrigglework below a band of leaf-tips, engraved on the front with a coat-of-arms within a foliate mantle, the flat-domed cover with shaped and engraved peak and inset with a 1646 one patagon coin minted in Flanders, in the Spanish Netherlands under Philip IV, with corkscrew thumbpiece, the scroll handle applied with a mask above foliage and with cherub terminal, engraved monograms B / H*I and L / R*M, marked WKB in a heart twice left of upper handle terminal and twice on cover
